Are you ready to create and lead the content for a next-generation cybersecurity event?

A new events company-backed by experienced founders-is building a premium, highly curated cybersecurity experience that moves beyond traditional expos. The focus: structured 1:1 meetings, practitioner-led discussions, and honest conversations on how AI is transforming trust, security, and emerging threats.

We're hiring a Head of Event Content & Speaker Acquisition to design the conference agenda, secure top-tier speakers, and oversee all event content production. This is not a marketing role-you will be creating the programme, shaping the editorial direction, and leading the production of every session.

What You'll Lead

✔️ Own the conference agenda and content roadmap across events, roundtables, reports, and digital platforms
✔️ Build programmes shaped by market trends, practitioner challenges, and industry shifts
✔️ Recruit and secure senior speakers: CISOs, CTOs, researchers, founders, policymakers
✔️ Oversee production of all sessions: keynotes, panels, fireside chats, workshops, and structured discussions
✔️ Ensure content drives attendance, sponsor success, and commercial outcomes
✔️ Manage researchers, moderators, and freelancers as the content function grows

What You Bring

* 5+ years in conference production, agenda design, or speaker recruitment-ideally in cybersecurity, AI, enterprise tech, risk, or privacy
* A strong network and proven ability to engage senior industry figures
* Deep awareness of cyber and AI trends, emerging threats, and regulatory developments
* Ability to turn technical or policy-heavy topics into compelling sessions
* Strong communication skills and confidence to represent the brand externally
* Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with high autonomy
