• Salary: £90k approx + bonus

• UK Remote or London (Hybrid)

• Report directly to the VP / Senior Leadership

What you'll do:

📊 Own the company's financial strategy, forecasts & modelling
💸 Manage cash flow, working capital & retail finance operations
📈 Provide investor-ready reporting & performance insights
🛠 Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations & financial controls
📌 Lead budgeting, cost control & margin discipline
💡 Implement systems & controls that scale as we grow

About you:

✅ 5+ years in high-growth SMEs or PE-backed businesses
✅ Strong retail finance & debtor management experience
✅ Expert in cash flow, forecasting & financial modelling
✅ Comfortable operating across multiple markets & entities
✅ Confident engaging with founders, investors & leadership teams
