They are seeking to appoint a new Head of Research to help strengthen the business's quantitative functions and oversee the establishment of this offering while ensuring that honesty and integrity are at the heart of your research practices.

KEY DUTIES

• Take a lead in establishing quantitative functions by working with senior leaders to identify the most efficient ways to embed the quant team into the business
• Oversee quantitative-focused proposals, identifying new prospects while upselling quantitative research to existing clients
• As Head of Research, you will be developing capacity for quantitative projects by leading on recruitment, provide support to colleagues and developing relevant resources/materials to standardise quantitative research across the agency
• Inspiring your team and establishing their place as a high-functioning unit within the business

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Possess thorough understandings of the operational aspects of delivering quantitative insights
• Demonstrable experience leading on projects and supporting large teams
• Experience in working with integrated quantitative and qualitative teams
• Ability to thrive in new business environments, able establish strong client relationships
