🚗 We're Hiring: Head of Vehicle Detailing & Presentation - Surrey, UK 🚗

Are you passionate about high-performance and luxury vehicles? Do you enjoy guiding a skilled team to achieve flawless vehicle presentation? We're looking for a Head of Vehicle Detailing & Presentation to join our team!

What you'll do:

• Support, mentor, and coordinate a team of valeters/detailers.

• Oversee the full vehicle detailing process: wash, preparation, paint correction, polishing, and finishing.

• Train staff in advanced detailing techniques, including machine polishing, ceramic coatings, and paint protection.

• Ensure consistent quality standards, manage stock, and align schedules so every vehicle is showroom- and delivery-ready.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in high-end vehicle detailing.

• Strong technical knowledge of paint correction, machine polishing, and ceramic/PPF coatings.

• Experience managing or coordinating a team.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
