The Position

As the HR Operations Manager, you are pivotal in supporting our creative teams as they cultivate relationships with local retailers and suppliers to boost sales and profits. Your role involves ensuring our team is well-equipped and maintaining an outstanding work environment. Responsibilities encompass IT resource management, creating a welcoming front-of-house atmosphere, overseeing HR functions, and facilitating inter-team communication.

As a HR Operations Manager you duties will encompass:

Resource Management: Oversee office equipment and stationery supplies, ensuring employees have the tools they need. Manage company property and workstations.
IT Administration & Data Protection: Support effective IT administration, ensuring proper computer, printer, and telephone use. Enforce computer use policies and protect sensitive data.
Culture & Brand Support: Promote our values, ensuring adherence to processes, organising social events, and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.
HR Processes & Employee Experience: Manage HR processes, maintain records, and provide guidance to line managers on recruitment and HR issues. Support new employee onboarding and plan for succession.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure office safety, oversee sign-in procedures, fire prevention, and emergency response protocols.
Budget & Procurement: Collaborate on cost-effective major purchases, manage budgets, and book venues for key meetings.
Supplier Management: Monitor supplier contracts, review for value, and ensure commitments are met.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance internal processes, making them contemporary, effective, and efficient.
Office Maintenance & Environment: Monitor office cleanliness, recommend improvements, and ensure a high-quality external environment.
Visitor Management & Administrative Support: Efficiently handle visitor interactions and provide administrative assistance, including mail distribution and meeting logistics.
Handbook Maintenance: Keep the company handbook up to date.
Stakeholder Engagement: Occasionally engage with external stakeholders outside regular hours.

Candidate Qualifications:

Versatile Experience: Proven experience in multifaceted roles, demonstrating accountability for an organisation's critical functions. Solution-oriented and capable of independent work.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous individual who excels in routine administration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of equipment and services. Willing to go the extra mile to accomplish tasks.
Effective Organiser: Highly organised and tenacious with exceptional multitasking abilities, consistently meeting deadlines.
Assertive Communicator: Proficient communicator who actively listens, summarises information, conveys messages effectively, and takes responsibility for necessary actions.
HR Management Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in managing HR processes, procedures, and related issues.
Supplier & Contractor Management: Proven expertise in managing external contractors and suppliers, including IT, telephone providers, and maintenance service providers, with a focus on contract management.
Problem-Solving Acumen: Effective problem solver with a keen understanding of when to make decisions independently and when to seek guidance. Proficient at identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
Precision-Oriented: Detail-oriented individual who rigorously reviews work before submission, ensuring that all documents and lists are up-to-date and accurately reflect the latest information.

Salary: Between £37,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, looking for 3+ year's experience.
