We're looking for a Freelance Influencer Associate Director to help lead innovative campaigns, foster impactful partnerships, and shape compelling brand narratives. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver multi-platform influencer strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more) that align with overall brand and business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns - from creative concepting and influencer sourcing to negotiations, briefings, execution, and reporting.
• Talent Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, talent agencies, and management teams; identify influencers that align with brand values and target audiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution.
• Performance & Insights: Track KPIs, evaluate performance, and create detailed reports and insights to inform future activity.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a related field (either agency-side or in-house).
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms, creator tools (e.g. CreatorIQ, Tagger, or similar), and current digital trends.
• Demonstrable experience leading teams or projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A strong creative instinct with the ability to spot culturally relevant and brand-aligned talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• A strategic mindset with attention to detail and delivery.
