Our client is one of the most innovative and forward-thinking innovation consultancies in the UK and they are on the lookout for a talented Innovation Programme Manager to join the team.

This innovation consultancy is doing some truly groundbreaking work and they have a very significant technological unique selling point which in their short life has garnered them an enviable list of clients that are engaged and with which they have a significant book of work.

The role
The candidate that goes into this position can expect to be working on end-to-end innovation programme development relating to services rather than products. The role will entail working through the entire innovation process. This means that the next Innovation Consultant will be working with clients to take the brief and guide the process through, from research, brainstorming, ideation, pilot testing, review and service creation, whilst keeping the client engaged and informed on the development of the process.

This exciting position has come about due to growth and they are now looking to expand their Innovation team to help push forward business-critical programmes on behalf of their clients.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be:
* Leading innovation projects from end to end. This includes the design, development and deployment of projects
* Making strategic recommendations and changes to ensure objectives are met
* Working with key stakeholders to better understand client needs and ensure needs are met
* Developing the services which have come out of the ideation sessions and testing them to ensure that they fulfil the criteria set out by the client
* Collaborating with members of your team to communicate ideas, thoughts and to take on board feedback
* Identifying and monitoring the external landscape to ensure the business is making use of every opportunity

Candidate profile
* This person must have strong experience working service-led innovation programmes
* Experience working closely with clients to take briefs, pitch ideas and deliver innovation programmes
* Currently be hands-on in current role and be managing projects end to end (including design)
* Must be innovative, creative, and strategic and want to push ideas forward
