Looking for an Insight Manager to develop data-orientated insights for Lloyds Banking Group, you will be fusing strategy, consulting and customer experience to deliver value to clients and planners.

KEY DUTIES

• Through both primary and desk research you will analyse current sources of research to extract crucial insights (e.g. social monitoring, search analytics, client surveys & analysis)
• Liaise effectively with clients (both internal and external), as the main day-to-day contact on Lloyds, using your insight and project knowledge to effectively and appropriately contribute to client meetings and presentations
• As Insight Manager, showcase good team-working skills, using them to develop alternative approaches to talk directly to consumers
• Utilise both quantitative & qualitative research to design questionnaires, moderate focus groups as well as online communities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrable experience running quantitative & qualitative research projects
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail & advanced computer literacy skills
• Able to manage time effectively & manage several tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
