🌟 Inventory Planner - Beverage / FMCG

Location: London (Hybrid) or Remote 🌍
Salary: Β£50-60k (with flexibility for strong candidates πŸ’°)

Do you enjoy keeping products flowing smoothly across multiple channels? Are you experienced in beverage, FMCG, or sports nutrition brands? This is your chance to take full ownership of inventory planning for a fast-growing functional beverage brand across the UK, USA, and Australia! 🌎

What You'll Do πŸ“¦

  • Manage inventory across DTC, Amazon, retail, and online marketplaces

  • Build and maintain demand forecasts πŸ“Š by SKU, channel, and region

  • Plan production, manage lead times, and MOQs ⏱️

  • Align inventory with cash flow and available funds πŸ’΅

  • Identify potential stockouts, excess inventory, or supply constraints ⚠️

  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Operations & Finance teams 🀝

You'll ensure that products are available when and where they're needed, supporting smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

About You 🎯

  • 3+ years' experience in inventory, demand, or supply planning

  • Background in beverage, FMCG, or sports nutrition brands is essential

  • Experience managing inventory across multiple channels

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills πŸ’»

  • Good understanding of cash flow, working capital, and production constraints

  • Experience in UK, USA, or Australia is a bonus 🌏

Preferred: Experience at energy drink or sports nutrition brands (e.g., Monster, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Allied Nutrition, ON Optimum Nutrition, MyProtein, Huel, Lucozade, SiS, Prime…) ⚑
