We're seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Design partners, who work in the online media/publishing industry.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in both in-house projects and client initiatives, working closely with various teams to bring concepts to life across multiple channels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.
• Producing captivating designs for various media platforms.
• Communicating with senior team members to refine your work.
• Supporting the design team throughout campaign execution.
• Assisting in developing the brand strategy for moving imagery.
• Creating stunning visual Motion Graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Visually illustrating unique designs and ideas, adhering to briefs and guidelines.
• Converting complex briefs into compelling visual concepts and animations.
• Developing and preparing creative style frames, storyboards, and motion tests.
• Staying aware of the latest software updates and industry best practices.
• Bringing insight to existing visual communication by offering innovative design solutions.
• Liaising with team members to ideate and develop creative strategies.
• Leading own design briefs with guidance from senior designers.

What you need:

• Experience with Adobe Design Suite
• Understanding of UI/UX principles (WCAG/ WAI)
• Animation and video production skills
• work within detailed brand guidelines is highly valued.
• A flexible mindset (Agile)
• A portfolio showcasing your work
• Bachelor's degree in the following: Graphics / Design or Arts
