LOCATION: Wales (Full relocation package - Up to 10% of salary)

KEY DUTIES

• Lead energy-based skin wellness research, personalising treatments and integrating digital, topical, and device technologies.
• Develop prototypes, optimise device efficacy, and collaborate across teams to ensure user-centred product innovation.
• Translate clinical insights into products, analyse user feedback, and ensure regulatory compliance with thorough documentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Over two years' R&D experience, ideally in skincare, medical devices, or related technical industries.
• Successfully led interdisciplinary research projects, consistently delivering innovative and impactful scientific solutions.
• Proficient in digital tech like AI, computer vision, wearables; familiar with skin biology and design.
