A world-leading media agency is now looking for a candidate with Marketing Data Analyst experience to join and become part of their plans for 2021. This role will see you focusing on market mix modelling and econometrics to deliver advert effectiveness insights and help your clients make effective business decisions. Working with some of the largest spending brands in the world, the successful candidate can expect to be part of large, long term projects which will boost your data and insight abilities. You will have the opportunity to develop your experience by working alongside the brightest minds in the industry to provide cutting edge audience insights, using the very latest in technology and media strategy. The successful candidate can expect to be working in a team of experts in a supportive environment with lots of opportunity for progression, development and engagement.
About the role:
* Apply creative solutions to analytical problems and use cutting edge data techniques to solve real business problems across the marketing space - this will include a large focus on market mix modelling/econometrics
* Managing a variety of interesting projects with a broad client base and developing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and clients
* Taking briefing calls with internal and external stakeholders to understand client aims and ambitions and sharing them with colleagues to collaborate on data modelling initiatives
* Taking data from the models produced and using this to provide insights and actionable results for clients
About you:
* Proven experience in market mixed modelling and/or econometrics
* Demonstrable experience using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel and Tableau
* Strong experience in working with data in a commercial setting (ideally marketing or advertising agency), being able to deliver presentations to non-technical audiences
* A developed understanding of the key digital marketing channels such as programmatic, display advertising, paid search and paid social
