The Person

You are a progressive Part Qualified (Finalist) or Qualified Patent Attorney (EPA or CPA) looking to move into a key position with one of the most prestigious firms in London. You should possess a first-class honours degree background in a Materials Science discipline and be competent at handling a range of engineering and chemical composition patent portfolios with some truly renowned and pioneering global organisations.

You should possess genuine drive and determination to exceed expectations in the IP profession, and take pride in the quality of service and commercial advice you offer clients. Essentially, you are looking to stretch yourself professionally, and be rewarded for it.

The Role

A brand new position, this role will enable the successful Patent Attorney to gain increased exposure to some truly pioneering portfolios with pivotal blue-chip clients both home and abroad. You will enjoy considerable responsibility and autonomy for a significant portfolio of clients, with genuine scope for business development too.

Attorneys in this firm are exposed to much more variety of work than other traditional practices, as caseloads derive from a variety of Partners so you can expect both a high quality and a high volume of challenging caseloads to encompass contentious and litigious areas of IP.
