As the Associate Planning Director, you'll drive smart, culturally aware media strategies that connect brands with people. You'll lead planning, guide junior talent, and support business growth through sharp, strategic thinking.

The Role

• Develop detailed cross-media communications plans aligned with overarching brand ideas.
• Present holistic Connections Design strategies to client stakeholders
• Oversee daily client workflow and deliverables
• Lead client education on market trends and media innovations
• Mentor and train junior design team members in communications planning
• Champion best practices in media strategy, tools, and insights
• Contribute to client KPI delivery and account performance
• Participate in new business efforts and pitch opportunities as needed

The Candidate

• Expert in communications planning tools, techniques, and cross-channel strategies
• Proven ability to craft culturally rich, insight-driven media plans across Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid (OESP) channels
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Skilled in interpreting data to create clear and impactful communication narratives
• Strong collaborator with a proactive mindset and commercial acumen
• Confident presenter and communicator, able to engage both internal teams and clients effectively
