About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Motion Designer to contribute to a variety of exciting projects for our luxury brand. The ideal candidate will be proficient in motion graphics and video editing, with an eagerness to explore and implement AI tools within their workflow. Any experience with 3D modelling will be a significant advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and become an integral part of our creative department, working 3 days a week from our London office and 2 days remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate engaging motion graphics for various platforms and campaigns, maintaining the high aesthetic standards expected of a luxury brand.
- Edit video content, ensuring a high standard of visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Explore and integrate AI tools and techniques to enhance motion design and editing processes.
- Collaborate closely with the wider creative team, both in-office and remotely, to develop concepts and deliver exceptional visual content.
- Potentially contribute 3D modelling skills to projects as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in motion design and video editing.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing your best work, ideally with examples that reflect a premium or luxury aesthetic.
- A strong understanding of design principles, typography, and animation techniques.
- Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, AI tools relevant to motion design and editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Any experience with 3D modelling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
