Motion Designer - Luxury Hospitality Brand
📍 Central London - onsite | 🕐 Full-time, Permanent

We're partnering with one of the UK's most iconic and prestigious hospitality groups - known for its luxury dining experiences, bold brand identity, and consistent creative excellence.

They're now looking for a Motion Designer to join their in-house creative studio and bring to life captivating video and animated content across digital and social platforms.

✨ What You'll Be Doing:

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content across social, web, and in-venue screens.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Marketing to concept and execute visual campaigns.
• Translate brand stories into impactful, on-brand motion assets that align with seasonal promotions, events, and new openings.
• Push creative boundaries while maintaining consistency across a luxury-led aesthetic.
• Manage post-production workflows including editing, sound, grading, and versioning for multiple platforms.

🎨 About You:

• 3+ years of experience in a motion design role, either in-house or agency-side.
• A portfolio that shows a refined aesthetic, especially across hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
• Strong skills across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite. (Cinema4D or 3D experience is a bonus!)
• Ability to develop strong concepts, work independently, and juggle multiple projects at once.
• A passion for storytelling, detail, and creating elevated, visually rich content that resonates with a premium audience.
