An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a busy office in central London.

Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the reception desk and meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Managing all incoming and off site deliveries
  • Maintain conference room bookings and ensure all meeting rooms are fully stocked.
  • Managing the office facilities, dealing with maintenance issues if required, ordering stationery
  • Acting as a point of contact for Office Management issues for the Singapore office
  • Working with the company's social team to organise company and client events, sourcing new venues, planning catering, invites etc

This role is a temporary contract, with a possibility to move onto a permanent basis from April 2023.

You will be required to work a minimum of 2 days in the office, with the option to work more if required.

Candidates with previous Office Management and Events experience and, who are able to start immediately, should apply for immediate interview.
