Operations Director.

Do you have Operational Management experience within a digital agency and are you looking to join a high-growth company?

A high-growth digital, media and technology agency are rapidly growing and are looking for an Operations Director to join their team at Group level to sit alongside the CEO, CFO and COO. The COO focuses much more externally facing with clients and the Operations Director will lead on the day-to-day running of the business and everything internal facing.

The Role

• You will manage a team of 7 people across HR, Finance and monitor performance
• You will be responsible for the commercial health of the business, culture and people, future company strategy and more
• You will identify improvements to process, implement new tools and manage changes in delivery processes
• You will attend board meetings to communicate monthly performance
• You will set annual and longer-term company objectives with Managing Partners and Finance Directors

The Candidate

• You will have an understanding of the digital landscape and experience working in an agency
• You will have several years' experience in an Operations based role
• You will have line management experience
• You will have experience improving processes and creating strategies
