We are looking for someone who wants to join a quickly growing, well organised people-first business as a Growth Manager, specialising in performance marketing to join the Paid Media Team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Day to day, you will be a part of the full client lifecycle.
• New business pitching.
• Onboarding new clients.
• Leading in ad accounts across Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Growing clients' businesses for the long term through effective strategy, analysis and optimisation.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years' experience in performance marketing in an eCommerce focused role, either agency or client side.
• End to end campaign management experience within Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Switched on, proactive and have a positive attitude with a desire to learn new things.
