I'm looking for a confident and proactive Paid Social Executive to join a growing team within a global media agency that works across the Automotive, Financial, and Tech sectors.
In this role, you'll take ownership of paid social activity for a portfolio of mid-sized advertisers, managing campaigns end-to-end across Meta, LinkedIn, and other leading social platforms. You'll collaborate closely with senior team members to shape strategy, test new ideas, and drive meaningful results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of campaigns: handling setup, optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
Lead advertiser patches: maintaining consistency, accuracy, and strong performance.
Work with strategy teams: developing paid social recommendations and responding to briefs with smart, data-led solutions.
Champion innovation: running tests, trialling new platforms, and contributing to the evolution of our paid social offering.
Support the wider team: mentoring junior colleagues and helping foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
About You
1+ years of hands-on paid social experience - B2B and LinkedIn expertise is a plus.
Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, testing methodologies, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
Detail-focused problem solver, especially around tracking and QA.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about staying up to date with social platform trends and driving innovation.
