Paid Social Executive.

I'm looking for a confident and proactive Paid Social Executive to join a growing team within a global media agency that works across the Automotive, Financial, and Tech sectors.

In this role, you'll take ownership of paid social activity for a portfolio of mid-sized advertisers, managing campaigns end-to-end across Meta, LinkedIn, and other leading social platforms. You'll collaborate closely with senior team members to shape strategy, test new ideas, and drive meaningful results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of campaigns: handling setup, optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.

• Lead advertiser patches: maintaining consistency, accuracy, and strong performance.

• Work with strategy teams: developing paid social recommendations and responding to briefs with smart, data-led solutions.

• Champion innovation: running tests, trialling new platforms, and contributing to the evolution of our paid social offering.

• Support the wider team: mentoring junior colleagues and helping foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

About You

• 1+ years of hands-on paid social experience - B2B and LinkedIn expertise is a plus.

• Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, testing methodologies, and performance analysis.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

• Detail-focused problem solver, especially around tracking and QA.

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about staying up to date with social platform trends and driving innovation.
