Our client is seeking a Partner to join the leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth in the US and globally. In this high-impact role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of some of the world's most iconic brands and businesses.

What You'll Do:

• Lead business growth by acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships.

• Drive end-to-end brand and business transformation programs.

• Assist in leading expansion initiatives across key markets and capabilities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, translating strategy into action.

• Oversee high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams of strategists.

• Manage proposals and pitches

• Mentor emerging leaders and help shape the firm's culture and capabilities.

What You Bring:

• 15+ years of experience in brand strategy or innovation, ideally in a top-tier consulting environment.

• Proven success generating business and leading engagements with Fortune 500 clients.

• Sharp strategic thinking paired with strong creative and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to shape a growing firm.

• Willingness to be based in or regularly commute to NYC (2-3 days/week) and travel as needed.
