Performance Marketing Manager.

Would you like to work for an Independent D2C footwear retailer, leading the brand's Paid Social advertising? You will work for a brand, whose main goal is to produce and sell its products sustainably. The brand is a proud partner of the 1% for the Planet Movement.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead all things Paid Social, with full autonomy to drive the channel forward. You will have the opportunity to grow the Performance Marketing department in the future too!

The Role:

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end Paid Social activity from strategy and planning to the reporting of campaigns.
• Responsible for A/B testing, including account structure and bid strategies.
• Responsible for supporting the creative production, supporting the creative team with data insights to drive creative development.
• Responsible for working with Creative and Ecommerce teams, ensuring a consistent customer journey is delivered.

The Candidate:

• 3 years plus experience in aid Social activation.
• Proven background in managing Performance and Branding Paid Social activity.
• Interest in working for a start-up brand, and getting stuck in with your sleeves rolled high.
• Interest in making a huge impact on a start-up brand's growth.
