This business has set up a hub to manage the Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social campaign delivery and execution for one very large client and this is your chance to be at the start of this from the ground floor! Their candidate that goes into this Programmatic Manager role can expect to be part of the team driving the planning, strategy and execution of biddable paid media across over 60 regions, globally. Managing a team of 4 media planners/buyers who are experienced industry specialists and reporting into some of the brightest minds in the paid media space, you can expect to be surrounded by people that are motivated by their passion and enthusiasm for delivering the very best on behalf of their client. About the role
* Taking guidance from the Programmatic Director and occasionally working with the client, you will be leading a team of 4 media planners and buyers to turn their media plans into well-executed campaigns
* Acting as a point of escalation for your team. Proactively monitoring campaign performance, turning around underperforming campaigns and sharing insight on how to get the best possible delivery for the client
* Continually providing campaign status updates to the client team to include performance towards deadlines, reports and key insights which will shape future campaign strategy
About you
*A genuine passion and enthusiasm for programmatic paid search and social and the ability to turn client aims into deliverable campaigns
*A background in international and global campaign delivery and team management experience
*Experience in multiple forms of programmatic and advertising technology. Key experience necessary is the use of various DSPs, adservers and Google Marketing Platform
* Sound commercial acumen. Understanding that the data on the screen translates to revenue and ad spend and how best to achieve margin for the business and results for the client
