Programmatic Manager
£35-45K
Location - London

A leading independent marketing agency with a reputation for delivering top-notch video campaigns for a selection of clients across a multitude of sectors are now in the market for their next Programmatic Manager.

Their candidate that goes into this Programmatic Manager role can expect to be central to driving the use of audience and campaign data on behalf of their clients and to be overseeing the planning and flawless execution of Programmatic video campaigns, especially within YouTube. Working with a team of invested industry experts, you can expect to be surrounded by and guiding people with extremely high levels of Programmatic, Biddable Media and Ad Operations experience. This is very much a 'values orientated' and this role will entail the candidate being involved in all aspects of delivering Programmatic video strategy, campaign planning, team management and client guidance on delivery. About the role
* Overseeing the delivery of programmatic video and display campaigns from start to finish. Working with internal stakeholders and clients on set up, audience targeting strategy, optimisation, delivery and reporting
* Working directly with clients to understand the ambitions they have for their campaigns; this means you will have a direct understanding of what is expected and how you can apply your expertise
* This is a business which aims to leverage data to its fullest potential. Campaign analysis, insights and recommendations will be key and you will get the opportunity to use your imagination and flex your creative thinking abilities

About you
*A genuine passion and enthusiasm for Programmatic advertising and a willingness to develop your skills by learning Paid Search and Paid Social
*Ideally you will come from an agency background where you will have the experience of understanding how best to utilise technology and data on behalf of your clients
*Experience in multiple forms of programmatic and advertising units. Key to these are Display and Video, especially YouTube campaigns
* Sound team management experience. This could be in direct management or mentorship but the ability to work with specialists and getting the best out of them will be crucial
