KEY DUTIES

• Lead and manage complex projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and timely execution.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination, implement process improvements, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Serve as platform expert, mentor team members, support bidding, and proactively resolve client and project issues.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum four years' market research experience with strong project management and global client handling skills.
• Proficient in scripting platforms, questionnaire design, sampling methods, and full data collection workflows.
• Skilled in MS Office, communication, administration, and fast-paced project execution using digital collaboration tools.
