The Company:

A boutique market research agency that specialises in running qualitative research projects worldwide are looking for a field executive to join their team. They are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience under their belt to come in and manage the smooth running of all elements of a research project: through the initial design and creating paperwork; organising venues, platforms, I.T. and catering whilst ensuring we source top quality participants.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has been in a junior field role and is looking to take the next step and build on their existing skills and experience.

The Role:

• Initial project design in conjunction with clients, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure a successful strategy for the project
• Ensuring all documentation is complete, including grids, NDAs (PIF), links, incentive forms.
• Managing and booking venues, catering and IT provision including online platforms and Liaising with suppliers, in house team and recruiters
• Monitoring fieldwork progress and informing senior staff of any issues
• Continual contact with client with updates and feedback.

The Candidate:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role to ensure you can hit the ground running.
• A solid understanding qualitative research project and how they are run.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to working effectively with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• You are able to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
