• Process Optimisation: Model current processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Active Project Management: Ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget, maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture productive relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Create Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, reports, and proposals.

• Business Analysis: Analyse business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with digital solutions.

• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of CRM and digital solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and drive business transformation.

What You'll Bring:

• Qualifications: Degree level or equivalent education.
• Experience: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, project management tools, and experience in delivering various project types such as business cases, technology requirements, process reviews, and CRM implementations.
• Skills: Strong analytical and commercial skills, Prince 2 Foundation qualification, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to balance and prioritize conflicting demands.
