Qualitative Associate Director.

The Company

An award-winning agency with global reach is opening the doors of its London office to a Qualitative Associate Director. They focus on how brands can better understand and influence consumer behaviour, working with some of the world's biggest companies - both internationally & domestically.

They blend classic research methods with behavioural science to address the insight challenges of today's businesses.

The Role

Taking on a leadership role as Qualitative Associate Director, you are expected to support the development of your team as you work alongside them. You will take ownership of managing and running projects, serving as a direct point of contact for social change clients as you build and maintain these relationships. You will also be involved in the development of new business, winning proposals for large scale projects.

Key Duties Include

• You will liaise directly with your clients at through the full project life cycle - from briefing and proposing methodologies to delivering practical insights
• Writing and delivering successful research proposals to win business
• Managing and overseeing project teams delivering the project brief to time and budget
• Presenting to clients and managing client relationships

The Candidate

• Ideally educated to degree level
• Knowledge of behavioural science, ideally with some working experience
• Strong background in qualitative research, from carrying out depth & stakeholder interviews to workshops
• Able to manage client relationships effectively as Qualitative Associate Director
• Confident in developing talent, supporting team members in their professional growth
