Salary: £38,000-£46,000

The company is a market research agency specialising in brand strategy and communications. They carry out a mix of projects, from fast turnaround creative projects with top clients such as Google, to larger strategic briefs for companies such as Facebook/Meta.

They are now looking for an experienced qualitative market researcher to join their close knit, friendly, qual team, working to achieve great results. This person would ideally have full service experience and be well versed in a ranged of methods such as IDIs, focus groups and online communities as well as ethnographies.

They have a flexible work policy, blending a couple of days from their Central London office and the rest from home, once restrictions have been lifted.

About the role

• You will be leading a variety of qual projects from commission to completion
• Actively mentor and coach and junior staff based on development their needs
• Lead day-to-day client liaison ensuring they feel up to date and confident
• Represent the company in conferences and industry networks

About you

• You must have market research agency experience at the Senior Research Executive level running full service qual projects
• You are self-motivated and have a real interest and passion for brands and advertising
• Good communication skills are a must, to work effectively with colleagues and clients
