This agency has been defining the way behavioural science is used in commercial research for 10 years. Partnering with some of the world's well-known names, they uncover consumer values and provide impactful solutions to pricing, brand perceptions and behaviours using traditional research methods.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on and manage qualitative projects as well as grow the function out further, whilst delivering award-winning work.

Key duties

• As a Research Director, you will report directly to the MD, supporting the senior team
• Grow out accounts whilst managing in-play projects
• Assist in proposal development and writing also inputting into marketing and sales planning
• Lead and deliver on qualitative elements of projects, providing support to the team
• Train and manage team members

Skills & Experience

• Excellent experience managing qualitative projects in an agency setting
• Proven track record managing client relationships
• Ability to manage and support a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to demonstrate the capability to independently run projects, delegate and manage 3rd parties
