Have you got extensive Market Research agency experience, fantastic communication skills and a genuine passion for Behavioural Science?

My client is an incredible strategic insights consultancy that focus on understanding and affecting behaviour, as such every project they do is grounded in behavioural science.

Unlike previous models that Market Researchers have typically used to draw conclusions from, this consultancy embraces the unpredictable nuances of human behaviour which ultimately leads to a more clear connection to financial bottom line.

They enjoy working cross-sector, with quite a few clients in the retail, FMCG and tech, which include Sainsbury's and Google. They are big on personal development as they take great care of and support the individual needs of all staff.

Experience in Behavioural Science is not essential, most the most important requirement is a strong foundation in traditional Qualitative methodologies from an agency environment.

About the role

• This role will suit an experienced Qualitative RM who is now ready to make the leap up to the AD level or an AD.
• Lead international and UK-based projects for the world's greatest brands and companies.
• Focus within the FMCG, retail and tech sectors.
• Full-cycle end to end project delivery.
• Develop the qualitative research skills of junior staff.

About you

• A track record of Qualitative Market Research experience, ideally on the agency side.
• Great communication skills with an ability to confidently present to clients and develop strong relationships.
• A clear interest in applying Behavioural Science to research.
