With over 50 years' in the industry, they are the go to in the market for a variety of different clients to include DWP, Scottish Government, Welsh Government, Equality & Human Rights Commission, Equality and Human Rights Commission and the ONS.

A full service agency, they provide a full suite of research and evaluation services from data collection, data analysis and reporting covering both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. They are currently looking to bring on a senior research candidate at either an Associate Director or Research Director that specialises within the environmental sector, specifically sustainability and renewable energy.

KEY DUTIES

• Lead projects in the Energy and Environment sector, managing the research team to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead evaluation studies and develop capability within the team/sector.
• Work with the sector head to meet sector objectives and targets, monitoring projects to ensure strong financial performance and high-quality delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience of project management, client management and delegating where appropriate
• Previously responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with clients
• Previously mentored junior members of teams
