The Company

As one of the largest agencies in the UK, this business combines resources on a global scale with a creative approach to tailoring insights & solutions for the healthcare industry. Working with pharma brands, their work covers patient journey research, social listening, digital transformation and more.

They are now bringing on a Research Director to build existing relationships, develop new revenue streams and tactically contribute their expertise to a range of projects/methodologies.

The Role

As Research Director you are pivotal in developing expertise in the team, supported by the resources of a global agency and a wider group of Qualitative experts. Your involvement is central to client engagements, partnering to conceptualise and design studies that have a tangible impact on their products & brand. Bringing your passion for healthcare and leveraging existing client relationships, you will be making an impact internally and across the industry.

Key Duties Include

• Maintain client partnerships and lead on driving development across key accounts
• You will create winning proposals & pitch in response to challenging briefs
• Deliver impactful end to end research from set-up, design and execution of projects
• You are accountable for the management of resources/workloads across the team

The Candidate

• You have lead studies across the product lifecycle, ideally with a strong focus on pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines
• You can design research approaches according to client business needs
• Thorough knowledge/experience of principles of qual ad-hoc research
• You are an expert in growing client relationships through consultation and insight
