The Role:

As Research Executive, you will be predominantly working across large Financial Services accounts with the FS team.

You are the day-to-day, direct point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on all relevant aspects as you manage projects from inception to completion.

You will also be heavily involved in questionnaire design and scripting, developing reports on the back off deep data analysis.

Key Duties include:

• Managing projects from through the full cycle, including questionnaire design, data analysis, reporting and presenting to clients
• Checking data and carrying out analysis to draft practical reports and presentations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Directly liaising with clients, managing expectations, and clarifying action points

The Candidate:

• Educated to degree level
• Have solid grounding in classic research methodologies, ideally at a research agency
• Experience writing questionnaires, checking data and extracting practical insight to draft reports
• Strong client-facing ability and able to collaborate with your team

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning new software
