You will be bringing your experience in tracking and passion for data quality to a small, agile team of life-style researchers. Sitting within the wider quantitative team, there will be ample opportunity for you to collaborate across qual, creative & digital projects.

This means exposure to a varied range of work and developing your research skills in a supportive environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability enable you to manage concurrent projects effectively, and you will help foster client relationships with insightful communication.

Key Duties:

• As Research Manager you will take lead on projects, running them end-to-end
• You effectively plan and ensure projects are run to appropriate timelines
• Create engaging reports & presentations that address research objectives
• Build & manage client relationships, supporting on identifying new business opportunities
• Help support & develop junior staff

Skills & Experience

• As Research Manager you have a solid foundation in quantitative methodology, developed in a research agency environment
• You can extract the story from datasets, producing reports & presentations in varied, engaging formats
• Developing a commercial mindset and comfortable supporting in proposal writing
• Strong communication enabling you to work well within a team and manage client relationships
