Key duties

• As a Research Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with a large portfolio of clients, supporting them day to day, and building retention plans
• Manage projects, from defining objectives, quality control, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Lead the analysis and development of research strategies using platform and ad hoc data
• Effectively communicate insights to clients based on platform data, providing clear actionable guidance

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing client relationships and project timelines
• Able to interpret performance data to provide strategic guidance to clients
• Develop and deliver plans to fulfill strategies for future growth
• Experience working with quantitative and platform data
