The Company

A fantastic membership body who work with the financial services sector are looking for a Research Manager to join their team. This is quantitative focussed role working within a small and dedicated in-house research team, you will be responsible for the management and delivery a high profile global B2C satisfaction programme, including questionnaire development, fieldwork management, data analysis and presentation of key performance indicators in a visual and engaging way. You will be expected to manage detailed data analytics using a range of data sources, build on their understanding of the customer experience, and identify opportunities to improve.

The Role

• Work on multiple ad-hoc projects and tracking projects simultaneously.
• Apply quantitative approaches including Writing questionnaire and topic guides, to fit collect the information, checking data and carrying out analysis, to pull out key insights from the findings, writing reports and then presenting the results to the clients
• Contribute to and lead on Report writing.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure best possible delivery of projects.

The Candidate:

• You will have experience and knowledge of designing and carrying out quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• A proven track record of using quantitative methodologies for research including questionnaire/survey design, report writing and presenting findings.
• Excellent organisational skills, project management and strong communication skills will mean that you can quickly build up relationships to enable you to deliver high level research and insight programmes to them
• Your experience and passion for research will enable you to quickly grasp an in-depth understanding of the type of projects you will be working on.
