JOB TITLE: Research Manager (Qualitative)
SALARY: Up to £45k
LOCATION: London

A boutique research agency who are driven by producing deeply perceptive and compelling insights for their high profile clients. They work on a multitude of projects across brand strategy, consumer behaviour and communications to name a few, predominantly on an international basis.

They are now looking to bring on a Research Manager, who has experience working on qualitative research projects for a variety of clients.

Key duties

• Lead and manage end-to-end qualitative customer experience research
• Take ownership and lead day-to-day client conversations on project and wider account related topics.
• Travel internationally for projects monthly to undertake fieldwork

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record working in an agency or similar environment, with the ability to act as a main client contact
• Strong experience in qualitative research, alongside team management
• Ability to build great relationships with clients
