The Company

An independent market research agency who specialises in social research are looking for a Research Manager to join their team. This can be a qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods role depending on your preference and you will be working across the full project from proposal through to delivery. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of disciplines with social research including social impact, public, higher education, social housing and health & wellbeing.

The Role:

• Work on multiple ad-hoc projects simultaneously which will include a varied range of clients and projects sizes.
• Apply quantitative approaches to carry out research, analyse findings and deliver key insights.
• Contribute to and lead on proposal writing.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients to ensure best possible delivery of projects.

The Candidate:

• You will have experience and knowledge of designing and carrying out quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• A proven track record of using quantitative methodologies for research including questionnaire/survey design, report writing and presenting findings to clients.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to allow you to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to work with clients effectively.
