SALARY: Up to £46k

They are currently looking to bring on a Research Manager level candidate, who has experience of working within the social intelligence sector for a variety of clients.

KEY DUTIES

• Understanding client business and reporting needs
• Monitor platform usage, embed data and prove ROI of our social data and solution to clients to maximise retention.
• Analysing data and developing insights to support client business cases based on our gold standard frameworks in social intelligence

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with social data to provide consulting to clients on innovation and strategic brand development areas
• Expertise with SaaS platforms and how it can be implemented and used to make sense of data
• Knowledge of social intelligence space.
