🚀 Sales Development Representative (SDR)

🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys engaging with people, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses grow.

As the first point of contact for prospects - including design professionals, builders, and brands - your mission is to assess fit, build professional relationships, and convert interest into meetings.

This is a full-cycle development role: you will manage everything from initial contact to booked meeting. You will combine technology and personal engagement, using HubSpot, Clay, and automation tools to manage and track all interactions.


💡 Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Build and manage a pipeline through calls, emails, and personalized video outreach.

  • Qualify prospects through structured conversations that uncover needs and timing.

  • Handle a consistent flow of inbound and outbound leads across multiple markets.

2. Pipeline Acceleration

  • Move qualified opportunities efficiently from first contact to booked meetings.

  • Follow structured cadences while maintaining authentic engagement.

  • Track and report activity to ensure measurable results.

3. Process & Systems Excellence

  • Maintain a spotless CRM with accurate notes, touchpoints, and next steps.

  • Continuously improve outreach sequences, messaging, and targeting.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align strategies and define ideal customer profiles.


👤 About You

You thrive on measurable outcomes, clear communication, and structured processes.

  • Communicates clearly and confidently - by telephone, video, and email.

  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred).

  • Experienced with lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, SPICED).

  • Emotionally intelligent and adaptable to different personalities.

  • Coachable, motivated by results, and proactive in implementing feedback.

  • 300+ outbound touches per week

  • 25-40 meetings booked weekly
