Job Title: Cyber Security Event Specialist (Temp Role - Start ASAP)
Location: Holborn, London
Office-Based: 5 days a week
German speaking
Overview
Join a leading team in Cyber Security events with 20+ years of experience in the industry.
Manage and support 20 international shows annually.
Engage with high-profile clients and industry leaders across global Cyber Security events.
Ideal for candidates with B2B sales, media, or events experience.
Role Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of international Cyber Security events.
Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and on-site operations.
Manage attendee registration, communications, and customer queries.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Assist with marketing, sales, and promotional activities where required.
Provide real-time support and problem-solving during events.
Maintain event documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
Role Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, media, or events (preferred).
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to work full-time, office-based, and travel occasionally for international events.
