Want to work for a multi award-winning company that is one of the world's largest independent global B2B marketing agencies?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and strategic Senior Account Manager to join a fast-paced, yet fun and engaging team, to work on 1-2 complex and fulfilling Technology brands (B2B).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing a strong understanding of clients and their marketing goals. This includes developing an understanding of their team, business structure and their MarTech stack.
  • Offering strategic points of view on relevant industry topics to support client decisions.
  • Leading a small team, responsible for team standards, outputs and individual progression (with HOD support). Including advising and training junior team members.
  • Working collaboratively with direct reports, external vendors and specialist teams to develop strategic media responses to client briefs.
  • Overseeing media programs from brief to wrap up.
  • Supporting the team lead with revenue recognition and client forecasting. Impeccable financial acumen and accuracy is essential to the role.
  • Owning client work and client comms, including arranging and facilitating client calls, meetings and reviews as appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4yrs+ experience within media planning
  • Will have a strong history in a client-facing, media planning role, successfully executing campaigns across social, programmatic, search, display and video - in collaboration with specialist teams.
  • Confident bringing new ideas and ways of working to the table to improve efficiency and workflows.
  • Experience in leading client discussions and owning client projects from start to finish. This extends to leading relationships and collaboration with external vendors and publishers.
  • Able to line manage at least 1 direct report; fostering progression and work satisfaction.
  • Clear thinker. Able to problem solve and independently ensure the team meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Detail-orientated with a desire to deliver excellence across all individual and team outputs. Including quality checking junior members' work.
  • Working knowledge of trafficking tools (CM360) plus day-to-day fundamentals of the paid social and search platforms.
