KEY DUTIES

• Apply evaluation techniques across diverse contexts, lead specialist areas, and write structured, insightful reports.
• Manage projects, clients, and teams across evaluation life cycle; contribute to proposals and business growth.
• Support junior staff development, provide line management, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong academic grounding in social sciences with wide evaluation expertise across policy and commercial settings.
• Skilled in designing, managing, and delivering complex evaluations with clear, concise, and impactful reporting.
• Proven business development experience, critical thinking ability, and knowledge of advanced impact evaluation methods.
