The Job:

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team internally and externally to help execute projects across content. No day will be the same, working across audiences in different ethnicities, religions and media types. This role is very diverse and requires flexible approaches. The candidate would enjoy audience, partnership, content, media and project management work and has a genuine interest in different cultures, festivals and values, and how they affect behaviour and consumption.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Associate Director, Content & Partnerships and Content Managers in day-to-day tasks for internal and external projects.
  • Respond to client requests as needed.
  • Implement production and content work on campaigns across TV, Print, Radio and Digital including Social Media and Influencers.
  • Help support the lead in creating proposals with internal and external partners in line with clients' objectives.
  • Help support in creating processes and project timelines of deliverables and ensure all are met as agreed.
  • Create content calendars, schedules and work with partners and wider team to deliver these as per agreement.
  • Respond to client and partner request including reviewing, feedbacking, and editing work from partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have a genuine passion and deep knowledge of cultures, the differences it may bring and have deep understanding of them is highly desirable.
  • Understanding and knowledge of diversity media and content
  • Have a great black book of contacts and existing access to platforms, diversity media and content creators.
  • Have a good general understanding of planning and implementing different media types.
  • Excellent attention to detail, coordination, organisational, numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Able to work across multiple accounts/brands, with many different stakeholders.
  • Need to be pro-active, motivated, focused, confident, use initiative and ability to innovate.
  • Fluency of one foreign language would be a real bonus for us.
