🔧 **Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead Python-based development projects and implement CI/CD pipelines.

- Design and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, MySQL, and PySpark.

- Develop automation-first solutions and standardize systems with custom Python packages.

- Ensure data integrity with comprehensive QA systems.

- Mentor junior engineers and manage multiple concurrent projects.

- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate updates to stakeholders.

🎓 **Requirements:**

- Proficient in Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and Git/GitHub.

- Strong background in designing and optimizing data pipelines within Databricks and MySQL Warehouse.

- Proven ability to develop scalable, reusable Python packages.

- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure migration projects.

- Familiarity with media adtech platforms and ecosystems.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
