Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Head of Intelligence Marketing

Weekly hours: 42
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
About the Role:
Based in London, this role will sit within the intelligence marketing team. It's a senior position with a focus on attracting and retaining subscribers across all three of the group's brands.
About You:
- University educated.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a SaaS marketing role.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation, Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to build on existing processes and identify new opportunities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly results-driven with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and communicate their needs.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and promote our products and services.
- Proficient in analysing usage statistics to drive marketing strategies.
- Strong application of process with comfort in using and reporting on data from our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Enjoys challenges and is proactive in taking them on.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify key target audiences and develop benefit-led, relevant email campaigns to attract and retain subscribers.
- Create social media marketing campaigns to spread awareness of our products and the solutions they provide.
- Ensure each brand's values, culture, and uniqueness are clearly articulated through email and social media campaigns.
- Help grow our database in areas identified as being a weakness by the database manager.
- Analyse all marketing campaigns and use insights to drive future campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers to create engaging artwork for websites, banners, adverts, and sales support materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market developments to improve audience communication.
- Continuously innovate and share new ideas and tactics with the team to drive growth.
- Work closely with the CTO to continuously improve the user journey.
- Mentor junior team members to improve their marketing knowledge and skills.
