Senior Project Manager.

Our client is a boutique strategy and innovation consultancy who work with some of the leading global brands to help develop products that are genuinely exciting. Their founder has led some of the most respected strategy and planning teams around and several years ago decided that they wanted to start their own consultancy in order to do more exciting innovation work. This consultancy works with some of the biggest names, with a focus in the FMCG and tech sectors, and mainly work on global multi-market projects.

This is a brand new role for the agency and they are looking for an experienced Senior Qualitative Project Manager to come on board and essentially be the motor of the agency and help control all the detail that goes behind not only the running of projects, but also the running of the agency as well. This person will essentially grow into a cross functional management role combining project management, finance and legal.

Due to the size of the team there would be a lot of responsibility and autonomy in the role, you'd be reporting into the Founder and General Manager and involved with leadership meetings, and it's important that you're comfortable working in a small and fast paced team, who are collaborative and passionate about what they do. It's also essential that anyone coming in has experience of managing international projects as around 99% of their work is international.
