Salary: £100,000-£80,000

Are you an expert in healthcare market research and do you have qualitative experience on from a research agency?

The company is a very high-performing and super successful and market research agency, and they are now looking for a Senior Research Director to head up their healthcare team.

They follow flexible working arrangements blending a couple of days in their Central London office and the rest from home.

Previous experience in healthcare research is required, and most importantly they are looking to bring in an excellent qualitative researcher at heart with a genuine interest in healthcare research.

The Role

• Business leadership through developing strategic client and partner relationships
• Team leadership through directing multiple projects concurrently from design to presentation
• Oversee the development of the healthcare team

The Candidate

• Solid healthcare market research agency experience at the Research Director level
• Experience in every aspect of the qualitative research process including proposal writing, topic/discussion guide writing, in-depth interviews, moderated focus groups, moderated online communities, ethnographies, analysis reporting and presenting
• Good understanding of quantitative research including proposal writing, survey design, analysis, reporting and presenting
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and staff.
