The Role:

As Senior Research Executive, you will be predominantly working across large Financial Services accounts with the FS team. You are the day-to-day, direct point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on all relevant aspects as you manage projects from inception to completion.

You will also be heavily involved in questionnaire design and scripting, developing reports on the back off deep data analysis. With the wide range of duties in this role, there will be diverse opportunities for career progression and the support to achieve professional goals.

Key Duties include:

• Managing projects from through the full cycle, including questionnaire design, data analysis, reporting and presenting to clients
• Checking data and carrying out analysis to draft reports and presentations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Directly liaising with clients, managing expectations, and clarifying action points

The Candidate:

• Educated to degree level
• You will have a solid grounding in classic research methodologies, ideally within a research agency
• Experience writing questionnaires, checking data and extracting practical insight to draft reports
• Able to build & maintain relationships, working well with your team
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint, and open to learning new software
